    • Dosing Systems
    • Aeration Systems
  • Controls and Instrumentation
    • Advanced Process Control
    • Distribution Control systems (DCS)
    • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
    • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)

Construction, Assembly and Installation

H2O Sanitation Services has a construction and installation team, capable of installing ready-made technologies and constructions water and wastewater treatment plants as designed by our design team. We construct projects in the water and sanitation sector as per:
  • Water and Wastewater Treatment Works
  • Packaged Plants
  • Dams
  • Bulk Pipelines
  • Pump Stations
  • Water Retaining Structures
  • Distribution Networks

Operations and Maintenance

Our Operation and Maintenance (O&M) management involves both water and wastewater systems. O&M contracts usually have duration of between three to five years, but can be extended if required. During the period of the contract, H2O Sanitation Services assumes responsibility for Management, Operation and Maintenance of the infrastructure from abstraction at the raw water source through to the treatment works, bulk storage, storm water drainages, distribution networks and collection systems. The Operation & Maintenance services include:
  • Operations Management
  • Asset Management & Expansion
  • Maintenance and Repairs

Water Quality Management

We offer full water quality management solutions that enable our customers to meet the Department of Water and Sanitation’s Green and Blue Drop systems’ quality requirements. Our laboratory team offers services of sampling, analysis, as well as advanced scientific support for monitoring evaluation campaigns or data science and recommendations.

Environmental Consulting

We offer a wide range of environmental consulting services and consulting compliance audits to be done for submission to regulatory authorities. We can assist with the following audits and licenses:
  • Water Use License Audit
  • Environmental Authorisation Audit
  • Water Use Licenses (National Water Act)
  • Environmental Authorisation (EIAs)
  • Waste management Licenses (NEM: WA)

User & Operator Training

We offer training in all stages of the water and sanitation management cycle. These include WASH, Menstrual Hygiene Management and Operator Training for on-site and water-borne solutions. Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) This strategic approach is known as Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Education (WASH). This program ensures that users are not only provided with safe & dignified sanitation facilities, but also with sanitation education that encourages the development of healthy behaviours for life. By providing WASH, H2O Sanitation Services seeks to not only promote hygiene, but also support national and local interventions to establish equitable, sustainable access to basic sanitation services in communities.

Skills Development

We strongly believe that delivering long-term sustainability and the success of our operations is dependent on attracting, developing, and retaining a capable and motivated workforce. We prioritise investing in employee development as an important retention strategy, but also, because it is essential to continually improve the knowledge, skills and experience of our employees in order to achieve our company’s strategic goals. We offer short training courses for process controllers in line with the Department of Water and Sanitation Classification system. We also offer CPD points refresher training for professionals in the field and mentoring of engineers and technicians.
